VillageMall Payroll Services, you simply provide your timesheet information and VillageMall Payroll Services will:
  • Input all of your payroll data
  • Calculate employees' payroll, entitlements and taxes
  • Produce Electronic payment file to transfer from your bank account into your employees' bank accounts.
  • Calculate and provide figures BAS/IAS PAYG tax
  • Produce employee pay slips
  • Provide superannuation reports
  • Provide Individual Leave History reports upon request
  • Maintain securely and confidentially, personnel details
  • Maintain annual leave, sick leave etc
  • Produce Payment Summaries and produce payment summary files electronically to the ATO (optional)
  • Calculate termination pay to employees
  • Provide web access to your payroll reports, anywhere, anytime

How it Works

  1. a) You may fax your weekly timesheets, and any travel or employee expenses to our e-fax service, for processing by our data-entry staff. or
    b) Use our VillageMall timesheet interface to allow your employees to directly enter via their details.
    The choice is yours and you may change to suit you business.
  2. The entered data will be checked by our bookkeeping staff, identifying and minimising potential problem areas in your payroll.
  3. Any payments details will be faxed or emailed for your approval.
  4. Payroll reports will be faxed or emailed to you.

How to order

  • Fill out our new service request form (select Payroll service) form
  • You will be contacted (usually within 24hrs) by a sales consultant
  • Upon approval, receive your new company access information
  • Change your login information within 48 hours
  • Receive a scheduled conference call over phone or chat within 24 hours
  • Send us your employee and timesheet records.
