How it Works

  1. Receive your records
    a) You may fax your bills, invoices, receipts etc to our fax service;  or
    b) Scan and upload to our servers, or
    c) Scan and email to us.
  2. Receive your Bank/Credit card payments Send your  Internet banking transaction file, we will enter associated Invoices/Purchase orders which we have received the associated records above.
  3. Enter Data The entered data will be checked by our bookkeeping staff, to ensure correct GST allocations etc; identifying and minimising potential problem areas in your business.
  4. Exceptions as always, from time to time there will be exceptions in  processing your records. The exception is emailed, or faxed to you with the source document and any written explanations of the exception; to enable you to advise us of the correction required to process your record. 
  5. Pay Bills generate payments file on a monthly basis in accordance with normal payment terms or client instructions. Electronic file emailed for processing via your online banking.
  6. Reconcile bank accounts against bank faxed bank Statement and associated electronic banking statement file.
  7. Alerts a fortnightly review to identify any items which need urgent attention.
  8. Report A monthly set of performance reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, accounts payable and receivable aging reports), will be faxed or available online. Web Ledger generated BAS/IAS reports will be available online for you or your accountant to process..
